Terms & Conditions
Stow Motor Club, (hereinafter called “the Club”) organisers of the Stow Motor Show (hereinafter called “the Show”) have no liability for the loss or damage of vehicles, goods or other materials belonging to guests and crew attending the Show.
The Club reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the Show site.
The Club does not accept liability for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortuous loss of any kind suffered by you from the products, or services, or actions of any venue or area, performer, exhibitor, promoter or others.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of enjoyment or profit nor any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.
These Terms represent the entire understanding and agreement between you and us and shall have priority over any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts and, by using this Site, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such court for such purposes and waive any and all objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

Health and Safety: It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor and Contractor to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 & CBRE H&S policy. All stall/pitch holders, contractors, volunteers and staff will receive an onsite mandatory H & S induction by the Site Management Team and made aware of all the centre site rules and policies prior to starting work.
Glass: No glass to be brought onto site, or served to public. Any glass is liable to be confiscated.
Alcohol: A strict alcohol policy is in place, any alcohol being brought into the Show (other than licensed bars) will be confiscated.
Insurance: Stall/pitch holders, contractors and other service providers must forward a copy of their public liability insurance policy to the Club prior to the show.
Stall/Pitch Holders /Contractors professionalism: We will expect you to be courteous and polite to all members of the public whilst on site. Staff should be of smart appearance and have appropriate identification. It is important that selling techniques are not of a ‘hard sell’ nature as this will not be tolerated by the Site Management Team. Failure to comply will result in the event / promotion being stopped and possible prohibition from site.
Security: Security of the work area is the responsibility of the promoter’s nominated responsible person. The Show stewards will assist in an emergency.
Vehicles: Stall/Pitch Holders & Contractors must confirm details of their “on site” vehicles at the time of booking. Vehicle Passes will be issued prior to the event.
Stall/Pitch Holders Parking: Please park only essential vehicles on site, either next to or behind their stand or in the allocated parking area. (Non-essential vehicles to be parked free of charge at the main car park, opposite the main exhibitor site).

On Site maximum speed limit 5 mph.
Hi Viz must be supplied and worn during site build, by all persons on site including all stall holders/traders/contractors /volunteers and event organisers, whilst setting up or packing down.
WC/Convenience: Toilets will be available to use throughout the site.
Refuse: Exhibitors/Stall, pitch holders/ Contractors to arrange their own disposal of waste or use the appropriate waste units provided by the event organisers. Under no circumstances is rubbish to be left in public areas or discarded.
First Aid: On Site First Aid Centres will be available during the event, please report any accidents or incidents to the Event Control Team or nearest Marshal. The nearest hospital is the Cheltenham Hospital College Rd, Cheltenham GL53 7AN.
